Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain distance contracts.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, by email or via the withdrawal function provided on our website).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB).
This applies in particular to:
- Hotel room bookings
- Packages
- Wellness and spa services booked for a fixed date
- Events
- Restaurant reservations and food and beverage services booked for a fixed date
The cancellation terms agreed in each case apply to these services.
